Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and delivery require a maximum of 10 to 15 business days from our team. We are doing everything possible to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
We deliver our products worldwide and the standard delivery is free.
If your order includes multiple items, it is possible that they will be shipped separately depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
A problem with the postal service? Lost, broken, or destroyed package?
With our secure delivery, our store handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier and leave you to "figure it out." We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Cancellation & Returns
Yes, as long as your order is not "in progress"
It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, cancellation fees will amount to 40% of the purchase price.
We can only accept returns in the case of a proven defect in the product.
Our items undergo rigorous quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (preferably in its original packaging) along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
